1.New Technology Energy Industry

(1) Established Henan Yusheng Nickel Industry in 2010

After two years of overcoming difficulties and hard work, we successfully developed the "one-time reduction process technology," which was awarded the "Nickel Iron Particle Research and Development Base" by the Ministry of Science and Technology. This technology significantly reduces production costs and has international market competitiveness, making us one of the large enterprises in China that independently develops and manufactures nickel iron particles. After years of hard work and accumulation, we have gained a good reputation in the industry and obtained a scarce resource quota of 2 million tons of laterite nickel ore annually. In 2018, we plan to invest in a factory in Indonesia with a production line capable of producing 200,000 tons of nickel iron particles annually, advancing and retreating the business boundaries through a "vertical integration center" to form a complete industrial supply chain.

(2) Established Yunhaiteng Group in 2013

After several years of laboratory research and development, we have broken through and mastered the "gas phase deposition method" for preparation and processes, achieving industry advantages in fields such as graphene batteries, nuclear power, national defense and military industry, aerospace, and smart devices. Currently, several international brand companies and institutions, such as Toray, Hitachi, China National Nuclear Corporation, and certain military production units, are in the stage of technology transfer and sample application testing, with good application results so far. Once adopted, it can achieve high efficiency and large-scale production. At the same time, we have two high-crystallinity graphene mine reserves valued at 11 billion yuan.

(3) Established Lianyungang Wancai International Trade Company in 2015

Specializing in the sales of coal, coke, timber, steel, iron ore, nickel ore, building materials, decorative materials, electromechanical equipment, metal materials, chemical products and raw materials, electronic products, plastic products, environmental protection products, and packaging materials, as well as international and domestic freight forwarding for import and export.

(4) Established Dongshan Group in 2016
